Red Devon Cattle & Grass Fed Beef



We raise pure-bred Red Devon Cattle on our 110 acre farm in Watertown, Wisconsin. 

Our Red Devon cattle are raised and finished on diverse pastures of perennial grass, legumes and forbs, and a high quality mineral program. 

We do not use Round Up or artificial fertilizers on our pastures or hayfields.


We do not supplement our cattle with grain nor do we use antibiotics or growth hormones.

Our cattle take 24 to 28 months from birth to finish as opposed to grain finished and growth hormone supplemented cattle which are finished in 18 to 20 months.

We work with several State-Inspected abattoirs to harvest our beef including:

  • Nordic Meats in Viroqua
  • Solar Meats in Soldiers Grove

Preparing To Buy a Quarter of Beef


Fresh, grass fed Devon Beef!

 I grilled this Ribeye on a gas grill. Seared first for a minute on each side and set on indirect heat until 130 degrees. Wrapped for 10 minutes in aluminum foil. Tender and Juicy!

Red Devon Beef has a rich flavor and tenderness and produces juicy steaks and hamburger.

It’s rich flavor and tenderness is due to its increased intra-muscular fat and decreased excess fat.

Contact Us

Our cattle have never been on a feedlot nor are they fed antibiotics, grain (GMO corn or soy,) or hormones. They always eat grass and graze all-year round in the green. More importantly, they are treated humanely and are not castrated or dehorned.
